To enable us to process your instructions more quickly, customers are
requested to include the following when submitting Delivery Instructions
and Merchant Haulage Release Instructions:
1. CSCL Bill of Lading
Number and/or Container Number
2. Port of Loading

Customers can find the current U.K. ETAs of vessels that are due to
arrive from the Schedules page. You can also
use the
Cargo Tracking website.
