We, China Shipping (U.K.) Agency Co. Ltd. , undertake Export Customs Clearance declarations as a Direct Representative, and in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs Export Procedure Notice 275  Section 11.3 we must hold (and be able to produce on customs request)  written authority of our powers to act as the Exporter’s representative. 

Therefore, before we submit Customs Entries for you or on behalf of your customer, we ask that our Customs Authorisation Form is completed by the Exporter on their Company  Letter Headed Paper, and returned to us, marked for the attention of Richard Green. This form also has the space for the exporter to  list pertinent Customs related details for use by us when the entries are completed. There is in any event, a legal obligation for this information to be provided to us. Once the form has been received it will be logged & verified here, and so it will only be required once per Exporter and not for each shipment. Thank you for your kind co-operation in this matter.
